Fitness Q&As

Now that my book on physical fitness has been published, I want to help those of you who are reading it and have questions.

You might have a question about something specific I wrote, or perhaps you are wondering about something not addressed in the book. Or maybe you need advice on how to overcome some obstacle you currently have.

Whatever the question, I am ready to answer it — just send an email to bal@gadflyandguru.com

(Note that I am sometimes offline for 2-3 days in a row, so if the response isn’t immediate, be patient.)

Please ask me questions — you will actually be doing me a favor. There are hundreds of fitness-related things I could elaborate on, but the best way for me to know where to start is to find out what people have questions about or need help with.

I will probably do live video Q&A sessions eventually, but first I need to see how many questions I get and what they are like. For now, I might answer questions one-on-one via email, I might do blog posts answering more common questions, or I might record videos answering them. It really all depends on the questions and feedback I get.

I wrote my book to help people become more fit, and I know that the book itself is only part of what’s needed. So if anything is unclear or holding you back from becoming more fit, don’t be shy: send me an email.
